Dr. KELSEY YBARRA
Dr. Kelsey Ybarra is a compassionate and dedicated optometrist from Altus, Oklahoma, who takes pride in helping patients achieve their best possible vision. A proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma and the University of the Incarnate Word – Rosenberg School of Optometry (Class of 2019), Dr. Ybarra combines clinical expertise with a genuine passion for patient care.
